Organisation for the Respect and Care of Animals, or ORCA, helps people in Serbia and the Western Balkans care about the nature and wellbeing of animals in order to achieve personal, economic and social development. They do this through public advocacy, research, education and monitoring of the implementation of policies and regulations. ORCA also influences the adoption of better laws, their implementation and cultural shifts regarding nature and animals.
