DSPCA’s animal shelter is the star of a new major television series

The Shelter: Animal SOS is a new six-part television series that shows a behind the scenes look at DSPCA’s work. The organisation is Ireland’s oldest and largest animal welfare charity.
The show began airing on the Irish television channel RTÉ One on Friday, April 23rd, in partnership with Purina UK & Ireland.
For the past year, the organisation had cameras on site at their shelter in Rathfarnham, Dublin. The show will allow viewers to see some of the life-saving work our member organisation’s veterinary and care staff teams carry out everyday. The Shelter: Animal SOS airs every Friday, at 8.30pm on RTÉ One.
