COVID-19 is a threat to the survival of thousands of animals in European rescue centres and sanctuaries.
It has only added to an already difficult situation in which housing for seized, confiscated or surrendered wild animals is severely limited, and rescue centres suffer from a chronic lack of funding.
Eurogroup for Animals and its member organisations doing rescue activities have joined forces with the European Alliance of Rescue centres and Sanctuaries (EARS), a network that supports and represents rescue centres and sanctuaries across Europe, enabling them to work together to achieve mutual animal welfare and conservation goals.
Below you'll find the organisations in your country that need your help. The rescue centers or sanctuaries (listed in orange) urgently need donations. There are also Eurogroup for Animals member organisations in the list that you can contact to find out which rescue centres you can support in your country.
