Swedish Board of Agriculture investigation on mink fur farms doesn’t portray the real picture

Today came the so-called mink investigation, a report on the welfare of minks in the Swedish fur animal industry.
Djurens Ratt, Sweden's largest animal rights and animal welfare organization, believes that the conclusions are substandard and that the industry is in great need of change.
The fact that Sweden continues to investigate the mink industry, which several other countries have already banned, and which a large majority of the Swedish population is opposed to, is a sub-rating to a country that wants to see itself at the forefront in the area of animal welfare, says Tina Hogevik.
