The French Minister of Agriculture and Food announced the possibility, starting from April 24 2020, for horse owners to go feed, care for or provide the physical activity essential for their horses.

These trips are authorized if the equestrian centers cannot provide all of the care themselves. For this, the owners are asked to complete the certificate of displacement by checking the compelling family motive.
