Kristīnes čilveres dzīvnieku draugu biedrība is one of the oldest animal protection organisations in Latvia. They help companion animals by providing veterinary care and operating an animal shelter. They also work towards developing animal protection laws, educating citizens and improving societal attitudes towards animals.
