international SEAL demonstration

Brussels, 1 July 2008

Campaigners from all over Europe travelled to Brussels on July 1 to demonstrate in support of an unconditional EU-wide ban on seal products. Organised by IFAW, Humane Society International (HSI), GAIA and Eurogroup for Animals, the demonstration took place outside the offices of the European Commission and the Council to urge them to impose a ban now.
